Stripped aluminium steel kitchen cabinet

An absolutely amazing looking stripped aluminium kitchen cabinet dating originally from the early 50s. Black bakelite handles, raised relief on the door panels. Carefully and stripped inside and out with 4 drawers including integral cutlery drawer. I carefully stripped this by hand using a wooden spatula to avoid scratching the surface. There are a number of age related scratches but these just add to the great patina on this piece of furniture. Inside it's pretty clean too and all the doors and drawers open and close very smoothly. The enamel top is in just about perfect condition too.

This is a real statement piece - impressive size, very shiny and in great condition. This item is in our Cornwall shop. Collection or carriage can be arranged.
